  • The ideas J.J. Abrams had for a Superman movie would actually have been better than the stupid story Bryan Singer did with "Superman Returns". Giving Superman a kid was the dumbest thing ever done for the character and I am glad Singer is not coming back. If the next movie was to be one of his sequels- then it should have come out in 2009 as originally planned. I am not waiting more than 3 years for that- so I would prefer a reboot that stands on its own. I doubt Abrams will be chosen to do it.
