I'm pretty amazed that the SNES could've pulled these graphics off. It nearly looks like a 32 bit game. Almost. It's certainly different than those Mode7 race games like Mario Kart and F-Zero.

If I was going to make a game and I needed both Kyle Petty's name and the No Fear brand to sell it, I would, in turn, choose to cancel making that game myself.
