When all black leadership is shelfish, stupid and violent, of course everything colapses. The few in charge don't suffer. They get exactly what they want. Personal comfort, power over the weak and can act any way they want without restraint. The dream life for the African blackman, and they will alway take it first chance they get.

This is what happens when the government prints too much money. Kind of like the "quantitative easing" that is planned in the U.S. Medical services and all pensions go down the drain, people are forced to use other currencies and gold or silver for purchases. This is an extreme case, but I think something similar will be the result if we keep on this path.
