I can't understand why you are destroying you're speeker in these way, don't tell me that you're testing it because it's not a right test for a speeker, maby it would be right for a subwoofer... anyway if you wanna test your speeker correctly you should try to listen to a superaudio cd ... ( i'm sorry if my english is not correct, i'm italian XD )
It's pretty good. Expensive though. Every time i listen to the Bose set i have to admin, it sounds great. Especially with techno, trance, drum and bass music. That's my opinion, and i have a great set which replaced my old bose (not the one on the vid, which is my dad's) to compare it with. You can't really compare both, but Bose has a special touch to the sound, you either like it or not. I do like it.

@freak4796 Why don't you build your own speakers? It is much cheaper then buying a factory built pair. All you really have to know is what wattage you are going to be pushing and matching up the right drivers for the job. I am not sure how much those cost, but you can build a pair with the same performance for roughly $250
Yes it is. Top midrange speaker is also in a closed enclosure and is 18cm in diameter. Both at the bottom are for the low freq's and are 20cm in diameter.
I really can't say how each of them are sounding. But i know the Cantons are generally very accurate, but less warm sounding, where dynaudio and monitor audio are. If you are playing some fast music, look for canton. but i would still advise to listen all of them with your favorite music with your dealer.
lol u could get canton vento 470 for less then 500eur each. and they sound better then gle which are cantons most terrible speakers special the gle 409 u should buy 490 but they coast more :P

i have teh GLE 403 + AS 85 SC sub, i still think the sub goes deeper than the big GLE stands.
whatever that r-tard xbox360whatever wrote, disregard him, he's a mongler.
Canton GLE have some serious bang-for-teh-buck, probably unmatched in their class.
