I agree. I have been doing this also for over 20 years and you get what you pay for when it comes to stucco. Stucco is a art and should be for a person that's a perfectionist. If your no perfectionist for Acrylic or conventional stucco you should consider taking up a different trade.
you should always do your homework on any contractor, I have been doing e.i.f.s. for over 20 yrs and have TONS of references. People these days are just plain lazy, and when they get scammed they want to cry. Looks like this guy is going to spent twice as much because he is a moron
no slope on the coins, windows and any other area outward standing is contributing to moisture i'm sure, as well as against manufacturer specs/details. However as ANY plasterer who knows anything will tell you, the exposed EIFS beside the faucet is a fresh cut, certainly nothing done on the original application. Its unfinished in the back. Did the owner run out of money? a dispute? contractor go out of business. its always so easy to pick someones mistakes, especially when you are fixing it. $
Also, I'm sure the fact that your roof is shot and the lack of gutters aren't helping your problems any. QUIT ACTING LIKE THIS ISN'T YOUR HOUSE AND FIRE THE ILLEGALS YOU HIRED FROM THE HOME DEPOT PARKING LOT THAT DID THIS
Try zooming OUT once in a while, people might be able to tell what the hell you're trying to show them. I'm sure you had some valid points in there, but I might have done just as well listening to a radio broadcast of this
