One of my cats would shower with me too. She's stand in the back & only let the water sprinkle on her. She wouldn't get in the full spray but she just loved being in there seeing what's going on. You have to bath them early, though not too early. All of my cats get baths!!! They need it they have dandruff.

Oh, and cats can indeed end up in circumstances where they benefit from an actual water bath. How about, for instance, when they have fleas and have to get a medicated bath? Or if they end up getting into something really filthy? If a cat rolled in a puddle of motor oil, do you really want it licking itself clean? THINK, people.
