Actually you don't need to, I cycled three gallons through and at -50F with what water was left in the engine you still will be at -40F. Then I reused it later. Have not had any problems now for 6 years of doing this to multiple boats. Only thing left to do is change the oil.
You did drain the freshwater from the blocks and manifolds right?....Mike.
