När jag lirade Rygar där på slutet av 80 början av 90-talet kom jag inte så långt som till Ligar. Nu har jag tagit upp mitt NES och Rygar igen och satt mig och klarat av även Ligar. Det krävs helt klart en hel del tid och strategi. Ligar är som redan nämnts här, bra mycket svårare i våran PAL version än i Amerikarnernas där man kunde få 4000 i atk def, och 12 prickar liv. Allt dom behöver göra är att komma till Ligar med tillräckligt liv, sedan mata slag. För oss en helt klart värdig sista boss!

Some people might feel Ligar is impossible if they play the PAL version of Rygar. The fact is that Rygar can only get about a third as strong as he can in the US. This means Rygar will hit much weaker and will have much less hp. The PAL version of Ligar requires 38 hits before he will bite the dust, that is if Rygar is completely maxxed out on his stats.

So it's like that? Everybody I know haven't beaten him.. I've tried on 3 diffrent copies of the game. When I looked in FAQs and guides it said that you could get stronger than I managed to get all three times.. so I thought it was soem glitch.. so I restarde the game a few times aswell... I guess I just have a hard final boss to kick..

@ikaruga Yes, this is fact. In the PAL version Rygar will stop gaining Tone and Last at a value of 1023 and will only get a max of 8 hp (I think, it might've been 10)

This game kicked ass back in the day, I remember spending an easy 9 hours playing getting to the last boss (Lygar?) only to die about 150 times and then give up say screw it because it was making us nuts.

I know. I did the same. The final boss is impossible... if you're not maxed out. Wich I couldn't get... for some reason.. but it's still a good game.
