  • she's cute

  • if you spool up your line like this it causes big twists on your line. Dont put your line on the table like this!!

Ask somebody to help you to hold the spool where the new line is on it with a pencil.

  • my line doesn't catch?

  • hello, im sort of new to fiahing and i was wondering what the difference between braided line, fluorocarbon, and monofilament is?

  • great info, but damn, C-O-R-N-Y

  • Thank you!

  • Hey Daphne,You have your spool overfilled (it will jump off in loops=tangle) 1\8 inch from spool edge is ideal and also line twist must be adressed.. 99% of the time , spool on floor face up gives you a clockwise feed, The same way your bail turns.but you already knew that and were testing us right?

  • @wotterful

No, this was just a simple demonstration video made to show how to get line on your reel. Line twist generally does not occur if you use braided line. Also if it does, the first few casts with a swiveled leader should straighten it out for the mono filament line. Don't over think such things just get your line on and fish.

  • @wotterful I noticed too.

  • thanks I needed that!

  • Left out how to prevent line twist the most Important thing when respooling .

  • @funnyhaha07 definately my new reel came strung with twisted line on it.

  • do you reel in the line with the bail open?

  • @MiCx023

No you close the bail, however in most good spinning reels the bail automatically closes when reeling.

  • Thank you, now I can do mine this morning !!!!

  • very nice!!!
