aww Zoey's cute :) i have a dog who is very theraputic for me. i have a mood disorder. When ever i'm sad my dog is always there for me. She won't leave my side until she knows i'm better. She also follows me around no matter where i go. She wants to make sure i'm safe. She helps me out a lot.
i have a guard cat. if someone is yelling at me she will stand between me and the yellee, and some noise came from the basement, now she is sitting by the basement door. shes my little guard cat.
Dogs are good medicine. I love how they simply wake up happy, tails a wagging and raring to get us outside into the sunshine & fresh air to explore nature with them. Their sociable natures are truly a bonus for people like myself, even though it be reluctant and often times triggers awkwardness on my part. He refuses to mimic my acutely introverted nature, instead remaining true to his own.

She's such a beautiful dog. I sometimes thought of getting a service dog for my PTSD, to calm me down during panic attacks and flashbacks. But I've progressed enough to not need it.
Cute, when my brother lost his home, i conviced my mom to take in his cat. the cat got depressed for awhile when i left home and they got a second cat. my mom doesnt stress out as much, and the cats seem to calm her down.
