I bought an HTC HD2 and it has Windows 6.5. It is Unlocked already because I use AT&T and it is working. I would like to put Andriod 3.0 on the phone. Where in the heck do I start?

@TheArceAngel dude, he's runing this from the SD card. it's not booting from the phone memory. that's why it's slow. check the date when he uploaded the damn vid! there was no booting from the phone back then! ONLY THIS!

okay, so i followed everything to the "T" and i run Clrcad the haret, it then goes to the black screen with the writhing, and it has the first set of little white writing, and then just freezes on this screeen.

@IID3IVI0NII You should be able too... Its probably not your default lock button, it's probably like the end call button that will lock the screen. Thats how it was on my touch pro. But ive since upgraded to a desire.

Bo, not possible, you have to install HSPL2 (Bootloader) and a special TMOB-US custom Rom..

this works pretty much flawlessly, definately this best build of this, battery life aint 2 great though, do u know if this is the latest version and if theres a way of making the battery power last longer? very helpful vid thanks! : )

I had the same problem until I created a folder in root of sd card named android, then put all android files into it. then go into sd/android folder and boot haret. Also if it doesn't find your contacts automaticly then press phone button goto contacts, then press the setting button(windows logo button) goto import export, import from sim. hope that helps.
