Both her lungs were unable to stop bleeding.Drs said that not even a lung transplant would save her.I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power You gave Moses I ask You to close my daughter's lungs like You did to the red sea.I had a scripture in every IV bottle. She flat line 8 times and was suppose to be brain dead. Drs call it miraculous.

It started with one thing God asked humans not to do, and now there are ten thing not to do. Humans failed with one and they failed with ten. God told us there were punishments, and for many years the jewish thought they could do it by themselves, they could not. i believe this is something that needed to be realised. when God made the universe He also created laws with it.

these laws were to stay. but perhaps it's that God thought if we saw what His son went through for us, to show His love for us, it might be easier for us to return, even a little bit of that love.not to put us on a guilt trip. if a parent suffers for their child, and it's for the good of the child, it is an example of love.some people also mistake rewards in Heaven as bribery, but this is also an act of love.why not reward what is good.but work for God, not the rewards, but for those around you.

If your wife, family and several friends are believers, then I have good faith that you too will be a believer soon. Because I'm pretty sure they are praying for you to be saved, and God answers prayer. It doesn't matter what you think of God now or how you are living your life, the one thing God doesn't want is for your soul to perish. He loves you, no matter what. And that is what is so Godly about Him. We love conditionally, He doesn't. God loves you, God loves you. Be blessed

You do not know my wife, friends or family — so saying you're pretty sure they're praying for me is silly.
And you cannot possibly know the intentions of God. Only the most arrogant believer would make such a claim. If a loving God didn't want a non-believer's soul to perish, why did he create hell? Is the threat of internal damnation a symbol of God's unconditional love?

it is not silly saying that, because you told us that they are christians, and that is what christians do, that is what we're called to do, pray for those that aren't yet saved. And yes, I can know the intentions of God because that is what the Bible is for, to know His will. So if reading the Bible is arrogant, than so be it. And last, hell was created for satan, not for man. But by choosing to follow satan, you follow him all the way, even to hell. We all have a choice.

I never said reading the Bible is arrogant. The concept of hell is only introduced at the onset of Jesus. Keep that in mind. Also keep in mind that an angry and jealous God killed tens of millions of people — including infants, according to the Bible, specifically the Old Testament. How many died at the hands of Satan, as told in the Bible? Less than 100.

well, as we are talking about a christian topic and you say that they are believers, you therefore are saying that they are christians. And no, not all christians think alike that is why there are so many denominations. You said claiming to know God's intentions is arrogant, but every believer claims this, because we read the Bible which makes God's intentions clear. Why would satan kill his own? God kills that which is contaminated with sin, and they CHOSE sin.

We as the human race don't even fully understand the human body or even know what's at the bottom of every ocean but somehow we think we know how God is suppose to act and behave. Nature and the galaxy is prove that God exists, because for all of this to happen by chance is a pretty far stretch. And if that God decides to punish sin as He see fits, than I choose not to sin but to follow Him.

As i said, the choise is yours and mine. We are not robots who are programmed to live a certain way. So you choose, to serve the sovereign God or not. In the end you will HAVE to kneel before HIM. I simply choose to do it now. out of my free will. Who are we to tell God what He can or cannot do? I am not in anyway trying to force you into believing, because that is impossible. It is God who calls, and you have to answer (or not). Be blessed, God loves you. I will pray for you.

dovaje: We could go back and forth for hours on this topic. Bottom line, though: There is no evidence the God you speak of exists. Likewise, there is no evidence to support any of the thousands of gods humans once (or perhaps still do) worship. But my lack of belief says nothing about me. It does not define my life. You and I probably aren't that different: I shower, eat, exercise, go to movies with my family, clean my yard, pay taxes, complain about politics, etc.

You are absolutely right, we could go back and forth. Also your bottomline is true. That is why hebrews 11: 1 says (NIV) Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Or King James Bible: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

...just read Genesis... the thing is there wasn't suppose to be hell but as it is stated. It was actually man who decided to sin which forced God to create hell. So who invited man to sin? Lucifer(king of tyre), read Ezekiel, you'll see his origin.

The thing is, God cannot tolerate sin in his presence (trivia: a pharisee before cannot enter the third section(holy of holies) in the tent unless he is cleansed or else dead). . We should already be thankful that he did not eradicate us from the start because he is loving.
He is just, yet is able to forgive without payment.-mystery? Jesus was the payment and those WHO BELIEVE SHALL NOT PERISH.

mystirboy: I understand the concept of the Fall of Man. It's preposterous. Why? According to some religious folk, earth is slightly older than 6,000 years. However, we know that Sumerians invented beer about 2,000 before that. Since people lived before Adam, it makes the story a silly fable.
God values inquiry and skepticism. He doesn't appreciate folks who take literally the stories in books written thousands of years ago — when man thought earth was flat and the center of the universe
