  • i <3 u Aer Lingus!

  • it looks like ther taking off at a 90 degree angle lol

  • how do you get to the parking garage i usualy go to the main garage but thats to far away so id like to check this place out, so how do you get there?

  • I just watched this video it is a hell of a nice job dude

  • why foreign has big planes, while American planes is small?

  • @90scoolll That's because the "foreign" planes go out of the country which usually means that the flights are longer, so people need a bigger and more comfortable plane.

  • ugh that was long!!

  • what is the name off this song?

  • AA planes look deadly

  • 9-11 It Was Hanging From It To Show Our Safety And How Lucky We Are To Still Be A Wonderful City

  • i'm goin to land here on september 10!

  • I was on the plane at 0:47, AA flight 146 to Paris CDG July 25 '09. What a coincidence :-)

  • the super 80 is like a rocket....great aircraft!

  • some days before i was in logan international!!

  • hey buddy cheers for putting this video on jus osum!!

  • where is F-14

  • I used to go to that exact same place and would get thrown out by the security. Once saw a little cape air bird almost get run over by a big jet lol

  • I love how close the 717 came to the guider i woulda been like " ok little close there..."

btw what was the little plane that flew over at 3:11 doing?

  • @BigD2895 for every good size airpot there is something called a departure procedure or SID (Standard instrument departure) and at boston one of them is the "Logan 5 Departure" and for the runway configuration they are using all jet aircraft depart and make a climbing left turn to hearing 140. All propeller aircraft like the one at 3:11 fly different headings based on the Tower controllers instruction for spacing. aha just saw your comment and had some time but good question..

  • Hey pal nice video. I've never flown to or from Boston but seems like a great airport.. Anyway what runway were the aircrafts taking off from and why do they automatically bank left after lift off even there isn't any immediate obstacle??

  • @playasonline there are no immediate obstacles, but there could be other air traffic..and most of the time pilots give planes a heading before taking off.

  • Have the State Police and Massport relaxed rules about standing up on the garage? I use to go a lot in the late 90's, until 9/11 happened, and after that you could barley stay up there for 10 minutes before you were told to leave or get arrested for trespassing. They even confiscated some peoples camera equipment!

  • this called "Air-Fanning?" i go Rail-fanning

  • What are teh chances of being caught up there, by mass police ot massport?

    @jrc01718, what beach

  • this is the day and year I flew into boston.. airtran

  • i have watched planes come and go from logan intl. in winthrop, on the beach just behind the airport, and its just amazing, such an awesome spot for taking in the view!

  • What gate number is the gate with the flag

  • @hawk45653 the gate with the flag is gate 32 at terminal B.

in the early morning of 9/11, the hijackers boarded there american airlines flight 11

  • wow! very nice video and great pilots!

  • i was on a flight from boston on july 25 on united airlines 757

  • Real nice video man!

    I love those ERJ-145's :) though i fly the 767-300ER (on FS) :p

I'm not sure about what you guys mean with "the 11 flight flag"... does it have anything to do with 9/11?

I guess it's the flagg at 5:23 - 5:43 in between the jet blue ant AA tail?

  • Way to end the video with the Luck of the Irish. Go Aer Lingus!

  • i watched the whole video and never saw the flight 11 flag at what time do u see it?

  • its at 5:25 but you bearly make it out

  • where were you standing in the airport, because today my friends are going to the airport to observe plane's.

  • it says in the description.

  • do you actually have to be traveling somewhere to be on that roof or can you just go on it for like 2 hours then go home

  • My hearts go out to the people who lost there lives

  • The American flag flying at the gate in the video is where flight 11 departed from. There is also one for flight 175.

  • @imdudits2,

I saw that on the video and I thought that all those people didn't know what was about to happen an hour or two later.

  • is that the American flag flying off the gate at American Airlines? If your familiar with Logan, you know what that represents.

  • I never thought about it, but after reading your comment, I realized it prob had something to do with 9-11. Thank you for pointing this out, i didn't realize what I was filming.

  • @imdudits2 The gate with the flag flying off of it is the gate that

American flight 11 departed out of on its way to LAX. It was the plane that flew into the North WTC on 9/11/01

  • @imdudits2 And the Gate is B32

  • i thought you lived in hong kong?!?!?!/ o.0

  • I do, but i don't stay there for the Summer break. I go back to the states

  • so how did you end up living in japan?

  • I don't know, I've never lived in Japan. If you meant China, it's because of my fathers job.

  • Am I correct this is a focus city for American Airlines Jetblue and US Airways (until may 2) .my favorite airline is US Airways.

  • Boston is indeed a focus city for American and US Airways.

And yes, Boston is one of Jetblue's focus cities.

  • ok thanks

  • Delta has a relatively key presence here, along with AirTran.

  • Ok.

  • Did you guys see an Icelandair 757 landing that day? Because if you did then I was on that flight and I have the wing view landing of that flight in Boston too.

  • i went to italy that day but i was in miami

  • i was on that airbus a320 jetblue

  • Went to Denver the day after this...

  • Memories of last summer working for Servisair ramp at Terminal E... Great vid.

  • WOW ! realy perfect video,thanks!

  • How the hell did you get up there?!? The airport authority and Mass. State Police have had pretty much a no tolerance policy towards watching planes at the B parking garage since 9/11. As I understand it, nobody goes there anymore without being chased away real fast?

  • Well, while we were up there, two TSA agents drove up in their car and got out. We thought they were gonna kick us out, but they just ignored us and watched the planes themselves.

  • were they like normal agents from security in the building?

  • State Police officers and airport police. I didn't mean TSA. they usually leave me alone, but sometimes they ask what you're doing.

  • Ive done some plane spotting from Terminal B garage too, whenever a TSA officer of state police officer asks what im doing I just tell them I'm for a relatives plane to arrive, they usually leave me alone after. Only once was I asked to move to the Cell phone lot.

  • great video!!!:D

  • Whhaaat? Did you move back to the U.S, or visiting family?

  • just visiting.

  • ive been at the parking garage well im guseing your leaveing for hongkong so have a safe trip bye for watertown lol

  • thanks, but I'm actually still here until the friday, i just went to go check out the planes over the weekend.

  • Hey Alex
