i got this game because i wanted to sing the songs with a microphone, like karaoke, i dont have enough space in the living room to be dancing and moving too much, and you cant sing along the songs, its just the lyrics but is not karaoke style, and some dance moves are a bit akward , also the guy who makes michael in the game is too femenine for the dance moves, and i dont like so much that they dont show the original videos of the songs.

@QuaBrook You'd be surprised how many reviewers suck at most of the games they review and most of the time they rate games worse because they aren't good at them. I don't knock ratings based on my skill at them. I'm more of a DDR player than a dancer so I didn't expect to be excellent at this. You have to admit though, the controls involving the wii remote are pretty terrible.

@BananaSandwich1 I tried playing for fun and then played to get a good score. Either way the controls just didn't work well. I also want to throw in, you know how many people suck at dancing but talk about being good at it? Most people. At least I admit to not being good at dancing. Most of this was for fun/humor. I really was attempting to look dumb on purpose which you might assume from what I'm wearing.

True Just Dance 2 has more Songs than MJ:Experience and Downloadable Songs but there was one you didn't mention.

"Theres nothing to unlock", that's also the same as Just Dance 2 and that's the Beauty Part. As a Dancing Game, Unlockables ruins it.

As Example, JD2 lets you play 20 with 20 to Unlock, meaning you'd play Songs you don't want to play just to unlock Songs. Some are interesting.

@myfifikitty The rating is mostly due to the small number of songs and no option to download in the future. Just Dance 2 had downloadable songs, MJ won't. If it wasn't for that, I really would have rated this game 8 or 9. I loved it, but it's missing a lot.

@austingirl267 I don't know why everyone thinks I dislike this game. I had a lot of fun playing it. I just thought the song list was short and it could have included more tracks that work good for dancing. I probably would have more fun if I knew how to dance but I still enjoyed playing most of the songs. For my defense, this is the first time I've ever really danced.

I personally think that songs like Heal the World (which I personally like) are included so that anybody of any skill level can play. Little kids, etc. They are to "round out" the easy category so there is more for people to "start out" at. But MORE than that, I think these songs exist for warm-up/cool-down songs?

[Also, what about The Way You Make Me Feel and They Don't Care About Us -- I think they should go under the "good" category?]

@SuperKC This is one reason I dislike these games. There should be skill levels to each song. Different dances or difficulties for different people. Just like how Guitar Hero and Rock Band work to make different difficulties. Not everyone wants to play extreme or hard. Some people just want to have fun. Your point does make sense since they are easy songs. I just would have preferred difficulties.

@prot8to I guess each song kind of lends itself naturally to a skill level. I suppose they could always have three different dancers to follow who were doing alternatively easy, medium, and difficult moves, but it seems like with many songs it would be difficult to figure out a way to do that. And it might seem kind of inauthentic as well. Anyway, I like the game and I can tell you did as well. I actually bought a Wii just for this game. I have never had any other interest in video games.

@bearliz2222 Sadly it's unlikely on the Wii. There is no built-in option for playing downloaded songs or downloading songs like there is on Just Dance 2. So there might be DLC for the Kinect version but the Wii is probably not going to happen.

I think the graphics are outstanding, 10 out of 10. I love the game. The dancers are so skilled. They really put a lot of time into this game and you can easily see it. It's great playing solo or in a group. Worth every penny. The wii-mote works great as well, once you master the moves.
