Well, to state it simply, Vampire Knight revolves around a rather 'love triangle'-like plot.

Involving two vampires and a human girl.

With much drama and subtly added humor, here and there.

But, my description doesnt do it much justice, look up a summary/plot online, perhaps?

I highly recommend it, and it's totally worth it. ^^
