Yes, she can. There is a specific time designated for female to visit Al raudah.

Hazrat Jibrahil [Alai Salam] once came 2 Prophet [S.A.W} n said Allah has given me the knowledge 2 count every leaf on earth, every fish in the sea, every star in the sky and every particle of sand on earth, but there's only 1 thing I cant count. Prophet {S.A.W} asked Jibrahil {A.S} what is it? Jibrahil {A.S} replied.....When 1 of your Ummah recites Durood or salaams to you the blessings Allah showers upon him becomes impossible for me to count. Subhan Allah.

subhanallah! congrats dear brother, you managed to get so much footage. i was in al-madina al-munawwara during the last couple of days of july and i found it absolutely impossible to make any sort of recordings. i only managed like 1/2 a minute here and 1/2 a minute there that's all. there were so many najdi police about. may allah give you jaza and khayr for sharing this with all those who have not yet been invited to al-madina ash-sharif.

Harf E Nidaa - Using the Term Ya/Oh

If the "Harf-e-Nidaa" was not permissible then why is it present in the Salaah that we read five times a day, when every worshipper salutes the Holy Prophet (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam), "Ayyuhannabiyyu" (Oh Prophet!) ?
