personaly i would chuck those stupid dangly swingin longrods in the bin. 1) the look silly and 2) they are not giving the bow the right reaction upon release
i use three fingers under the knock point and arrow, this is because one finger above the knock point will pinch the arrow, this sometimes causes the arrow to lift from the rest...

you hold your bow for 7.5 sec from drawing to release. That's a bit too much.
Also, when the arrow was released, you dropped your bow so quickly which would have most likely affected the path of the arrow

i think ur elbow is too high. and i'm seeing 3 fingers below the knock of the arrow. index finger should be above the arrow and two below.
work on a better pull through even after the shot goes off. i'm no expert myself either haha. so keep trying
