Me? I'm not fat. granted i was wearing a big jacket,it may have made me look fat. I'm in the gym every day and i'm about to leave to the gym right now...
25 thts prutty fast i got a murray that does 45 and its made for muddin look up muddy lawn mower burnout an click on by tractortravieeee an tell me whta u think about mine
@Mississippi1313 thats what i thought same as a dirtbike but one vid on here said bigger on the back for top speed so i didnt know it it was different for lawnmowers
Nice. I been thinking about doing this, getting a lawn mower and making it into a 4wheeler wanabe, looks like fun.
What kind of mods,if any you got,and what brand and size tires you got, also how did you run your pipes. They were straight pipes right! I always thought it would be cool to show up at the mud hole, when every one else has a 3wheeler,or 4wheeler,and me have a lawn mower that could out do there machines. I plan on running mudders up front on mine off a tiller,'you might want to'?! THANKS
It's got a 18HP Vangaurd V Twin, 22" Kenda Bearclaws,18"(i think, don't remember) tires up front,Straight sidepipes,It's got some different pulleys for more speed. Does around 25 with no problem. The front tires have some pretty good tread. There new,and still new looking because the lawn mower has been parked for a few months because of welded spider gear problems. The welds broke, and it's just been sitting. This weekend I want to get it driving again. Good Luck
@Mississippi1313 Thanks for the info, the tires up front I want are similar looking to tractor tires, but if I do get one to work on and have it rigged up right I will upload a video of it! How does the pulley deal work,to make it faster, like what do you change. And also is there a way to have the back tires pull the same,do you weld it or what?
Thanks for the info,it helps, cause I have no idea what I'm doing!
Also,do you have a drive video of it with the mudders, bet they sound good on pavement!
Yea i know the tires your talking about. If you want it faster, you want a larger pulley on the motor, and at the trans you want a smaller one. You weld the spider gears to have both the tires spinning. Just like in a truck's differential.
No problem man.
Yea check my videos there's one right after the tires and v twin.
nice video man, i was wondering what that red car was till i saw the comment about it...I noticed it because it look exactly like this car on tv show my kids watch, i think it phineas and pherb on the disney channel..lmao but 4 wheeler motor and tires on that would be pretty sweet..or something crazy like a hayabusa motor..then you would smoke those guys putting them into the smart cars!
you call that muddin lol i take mine 18 inch deep and uo mud holes but when the belt gets wet pull back on the clutch with your foot, it makes the belt tighter
Told you you;d like those tyres. Its nice seeing them in action. They dont even notcie the mud!
I was also planning to fully enclose my belt with like a second layer of sheet metal underneath. Would stop sticks and crap getting caught up in there too! I still dont know if I want to lock my diff. I might wait until I get the tyres then see how I like it.
Yeah, I'll probably end up locking mine anyway, but I want to see what it can do without.
It would be good having them covered, only problem is that if water did get up in the belts, might take longer to get out. Making a few drain hoels would sort that!
That thing sounds crazy! I like how those tires never even clog with mud. It just walks on through. Belt slippage sucks, try moving the springs in the tentioner pulleys further away, so there pulling harder on it. We did that to my friends mtd, on the rear belt, and slipped alot less... Now we just gotta do something in the front.
That thing is a BEAST!! I thought you were going to go through the fence that one time ya got traction and took off towards it LOL. Whats the small orange car in the back ground? It looks like it would be a sweet mud ride also. Keep the vids coming bro.
hah funny you say that,my freind that was filming this said that exact same thing!!
It's a 1976 electric citicar made by vanguard-sebring(not the motor vanguard).
It's an electric car i found across the street of a cotton feild, found out who owned it and asked if they wanted it,they didnt so we took it. i don't know if it works because i don't have any battereys. damn thing takes $1200 worth of battereys.
so im gonna sell the electric motor and all and put a 4 wheeler motor in it and lift it
if you weld up the diff you need to know that itll try to stay in gear a lot more because of the torque on the rear axle....in other words sometimes itll try to stay in gear when you dont want it to, i found out if this happens you need to put the parking brake on and lift the rear end up itll take the tension off it and itll happily leave gear if you force it you may screw the tranny over
hahahha that's awesome! How did u put the pipes out the side? And u should put some stacks on that bitch!!!

nice! what is that little red bastard in the background i see?!
BurningTirez 2 years ago
haha it's a 1976 Electric CitiCar made by Vanguard-Sebring. It was across the street from a cotton field in Grand Bay,Alabama.
It has a 4HP elecrtic motor. I don't know if it works or not, because it doesn't have battereys and it would cost $1200 to get them.
Even if the motor did work i'd still do my original plan. A 4 wheeler motor and drivetrain, lift, and 4 wheeler tires.
There was only 1200 of them made, and only 500 left in the world,so im pretty lucky getting one in this condition for free.
Mississippi1313 2 years ago
oh,and i forgot to add IT'S STREET LEGAL!!

it's not much mud but it is a hole.
yeah i did that a few times in the video, watch close, you'll see me doin it.

It would be good having them covered, only problem is that if water did get up in the belts, might take longer to get out. Making a few drain hoels would sort that!
