the play was in 1988. I believe production was in his hometown in New Hampshire but I'm not 100% sure.

This clip is as clear as it gets. The original was on a VCR tape made in 1987. It was filmed with available light and the spotlight washes out Randy's face

The person who videoed this and originally sold it on ebay in 2001 did not film the whole play.Just Randy's scenes (which are all contained in this clip)and the scenes of the barber shop quartet who played the school board members.
