• A "decree" is "an official ORDER having the force of law". So then, "decreeing and declaring" things, are actually attempts at GIVING GOD ORDERS and USURPING HIS AUTHORITY.
• Man is a CREATED BEING, subservient to a SOVEREIGN Creator. And the scriptures give mankind NO AUTHORITY to "declare and decree" whatever he wishes.
