@kelleyjane07 Hmm... You have nice long dreads, so the half-up half-down one would be nice... or a braid... there are some tutorials here on youtube, search "6 Dread Styles" ... This is where I got some ideas for fancy things, but I think I should make another dreadstyles video for special occasions. :D

What made you decide to grow dreads?

@questionsleadtotruth That's a big question! haha :P Umm I never did much to my hair when it was not dreaded, and I loved dreads, so I got them! I liked the idea of decorating dreads, so I looked forward to that... and I knew this was a good time in my life to try it, so I did it while I could. Also, I liked that having dreads meant I'd use residue-free shampoos, and this would encourage me to use environmentally safe stuff :)

@wingsonmyback1 I made a couple of tutorial videos: "Tight Dreadlocks," and "How to fix loose roots" Aaaaand lots of palmrolling after washes. (also use salt water and lemon juice) ^_^

@VampyOminoms In the first few months, it is hard, they get easily tangled and messy looking. But after that, it is easy. There are other videos all over youtube on how to maintain them, but you do not have to maintain them if you do the "neglect" method, which takes longer, but makes very beautiful dreads :)
