Does Hertz have a device on their vehicles that charge for every toll booth you go through whether you pay the toll or not? I rented a vehicle from Budget in Jacksonville Fl to drive down to the Florida Keys and I was charged a fee for every toll booth i went through even though I paid the toll at the booth. The fee was added on to my credit card a couple of days after i returned the rental car. What a rip off!

You don't do well at all, Hertz is the words worst car provider and provider of customer service.
