i cannot compare it to the psp version. i just got the ds, but this game does not appeal to me from the game play. i hope they put more effort on how to provide the experience of Tomb Raider Game in to the device.

The DS gives a new spin on the TR gaming experience. I find the linear, psuedo-3D look interesting and superior to the somewhat frustrating efforts of the past GBA and Game Boy games.

The DS system of playing games is much more interesting than a psp! In my opinion psp didn't brought anything new to game play. Psp is nothing more than a ps2 wannabe! For those which have or had a playstation 2, the psp is a disapointment, and the games, excluding a few like Loco Roco which are exclusives, are only adapted ones. So, comparing both systems, Nintendo Ds is unique, and that makes it much better. Other thing is the evolution of Psp... which is another disapointment!

And, i didn't insult psp, what i said was that psp didn't brought nothing new; it's a good console, but still hasn't guts to compete with a portable like Ds which, despite being less "powerful", is much more interesting, vicious and enjoyable! Now i know DS has a touchscreen but...its more like a portable SNES...graphics do not make a game but there is some boundaries...the PSP supplies a portable modern console (PS2) but the NDS has a fancy touchscreen to sell more...its like there whole wiimote thing aswell...just a gimmick to make sales
