If you want to play hard games, then pick one up that was meant to be hard. Well,completed this game and I must say I found alot.ALOT of bugs and mishaps. Example, when my dog was looking for a digsite I press down only to throw a ball away, wait, try to dig again and item gone
And this was part of that archelogy quest.
Then we've the orb bugs, if they get out of reach you won't get em.
The last huge bug I noticed is that I couldn't complete the game. Once the game was finished I couldn't get back to oakfield, the game just stopped, and I couldn't continue anymore.
@Rushgoon1 well there are bugs that are different for everyone, usually just one or two on the side quests. you might have gotten a scratched up game which messed it up a little, but i really havent noticed anything bad like you explained

You know there's a great way of making cash in just seconds int his game. In Bowerstone you alwats get a discount of the Weapon merchant in Old Town, and if you buy for example a Master Mace or something from him for like 9K you can sell it to the Blacksmith (if you get him to "love" you enough) for over 20k!, And REPEAT! :D

If you don't want invisible walls in a 3D game, there's a java game called Minecraft(There's a classic mode which can be played for free, but the real deal is the Alpha version) In the Alpha ver., the will create an infinite map generated as you play. But the graphics are very blocky. I think it's 9 Euros before it reaches Beta.

You cannot even die in this game... There is no challenge whatsoever. There are boring professions and it is extremely easy to be so rich that you can buy anything in the game. It's like it was made for babies to play or something. I haven't even started on what makes this game soterrible but trust me

@NessCities Not really, Fable 1 was a game that promised the world and ended up being a short, linear RPG. Fable 2 has way more side quests and a better story, bigger and more open areas to explore, the dog, the addition of Purity and Corruption, a better combat system. I could go on, the point is though, that Fable 2 was a drastic improvement over Fable 1. Fable 2 isn't perfect, but it's much closer than Fable 1.

I've played many games so far in my life, Fable 2 easily reaches my top ten list of the best. I love it's humor, suspense, and the emotional attachment that you grow for characters such as your dear old dog. This is easily one of my favorite games on the xbox 360. I've aplayed through twice, first an sinister, horned maniac that enjoys to gop on an occasional killing spree every now and again. I've also played as a godly butt-kicking monk that is loved by all of Albion. GET THIS GAME!
although if you had played the first game, you might have spotted all the flashbacks and nostalgia that they referred to the first game, in fable 2. it's actually a story between these two games and besides places and stuff, even characters and especially the music, relates to the first game in an awesome way. so atleast you should've played the first game, for a greater experience.
First, I love the setting and the whole world you're in. the main campaign/story is great too. the plot development made you feel like you were really playing the role of the character. people shouldn't complain about the campaign length. I've been playing it for a month with occasional side quests and I'm not done.
a quality game like this deserves sommore credability compared to some mainstream games out there.
the only thing that saddened me about this game is the fact that majority of the treasures absolutly sucked and that you have to create some sort of plan to open 2 of the demon doors if you want to open them both on the same character
i don't understand how you could ever say this game met your expectations considering how AMAZING FABLE 1 was if u want a game that if u defeat the last boss by pressing X then this is your game. I remember at the end of the game I didn't feel as though I was connected to the dog, but when I chose the "evil" ending I had to stop my current game because I missed the little guy.

@Luckyboydied well to list a few reasons;
-approximately 8 total weapons, and i found the best weapon in the game 1 hour into it
-stupid quests which end the same way every time
-really really lame magic
-awful plot line.
-the whole 'one-button fighting' which takes any skill you couldve had in a video game out. you just mash one button and hope your guy is stronger.
-essentially im pissed about the whole lack of any depth at all. thats what was wrong with fable 1.

the thing is though they got expansions for it :D. you can get the master cheifs rifle even though it works like a blunderbuss and in a island you can remove your augments in the expansion. but in all fable 1 was muuuuuch better.

How much did they pay you to say this about fable 2? This was the worst disappointment ever. I was literally annoyed the entire time I tried to play much less enjoy this game. Fable 1 was amazing.
You cannot even die in this game... There is no challenge whatsoever. There are boring professions and it is extremely easy to be so rich that you can buy anything in the game. It's like it was made for babies to play or something. I haven't even started on what makes this game soterrible but trust me

@MattNicholson7 I completely agree. What kind of game doesn't allow you to even die.
And even if you could, because of the ridiculously easy game play it would be hard to. I'm not particularly good at Video games, and I only got knocked out once.
And then when you actually beat the game and face Lucian? One word for it, anti-climatic.
The only good aspect of this game was your dog/and your golden bread crumbs. And even that got annoying.
Fable 2 Is a huge let down.

The First Fable is so much better....i think they should make a REMAKE of fable 1, or atleast have it like fable 1 just the same graphics as fable 2!

@NessCities Not really, Fable 1 was a game that promised the world and ended up being a short, linear RPG. Fable 2 has way more side quests and a better story, bigger and more open areas to explore, the dog, the addition of Purity and Corruption, a better combat system. I could go on, the point is though, that Fable 2 was a drastic improvement over Fable 1. Fable 2 isn't perfect, but it's much closer than Fable 1.

I love this game. I've went through it about 3 times now and am getting ready AGAIN to go through, taking yet another avenue. I still have yet to find and shoot all the gargoyles. Hopefully one day I'll find them all. I'm looking forward to Fable 3 coming out.

I've played many games so far in my life, Fable 2 easily reaches my top ten list of the best. I love it's humor, suspense, and the emotional attachment that you grow for characters such as your dear old dog. This is easily one of my favorite games on the xbox 360. I've aplayed through twice, first an sinister, horned maniac that enjoys to gop on an occasional killing spree every now and again. I've also played as a godly butt-kicking monk that is loved by all of Albion. GET THIS GAME!

although if you had played the first game, you might have spotted all the flashbacks and nostalgia that they referred to the first game, in fable 2. it's actually a story between these two games and besides places and stuff, even characters and especially the music, relates to the first game in an awesome way. so atleast you should've played the first game, for a greater experience.

This review is very fair to the game.
First, I love the setting and the whole world you're in. the main campaign/story is great too. the plot development made you feel like you were really playing the role of the character. people shouldn't complain about the campaign length. I've been playing it for a month with occasional side quests and I'm not done.
a quality game like this deserves sommore credability compared to some mainstream games out there.
Like modern warfare 2 for example

the only thing that saddened me about this game is the fact that majority of the treasures absolutly sucked and that you have to create some sort of plan to open 2 of the demon doors if you want to open them both on the same character

i don't understand how you could ever say this game met your expectations considering how AMAZING FABLE 1 was if u want a game that if u defeat the last boss by pressing X then this is your game. And when was it thought up that u dont want A BILLION SPELLS that was awesome like u have to channel spells to use them like wtf so the only way i can instant cast something is to use a piece of shit spell?! thats retarded oh and you get evil by eating meat and u also get fat!? theres no skinny evil ppl

I remember at the end of the game I didn't feel as though I was connected to the dog, but when I chose the "evil" ending I had to stop my current game because I missed the little guy.
