  • how big is the crater????

  • Pure insanity

  • "...an even more frightening one."

    ...Shagohod?

  • You motherfuckers are going to the fire ball in washington all over america

  • 50mt

  • WHICH IS THE MORE DANGEROUS ONE!!!!

  • @LucasBenge The Tsar bomba was the largest Hydrogen bomb ever detonated period. The commentator may be speaking of the original bomb the Tsar bomba was going to be made as and that was an estimated 100 megaton weapon. The Tsar bomba is actually a scaled down version of the 100 megaton weapon.

  • The Explosion at 0:45 and on, could not be from the Tsar Bomba! The Tsar was detonated a couple of miles above earth surface! this should be from another detonation instead, but was amazing anyway!

  • its Russian H - BOMB

  • at the end they mention an even more dangerous one.

    any information on it?

    anyone?

  • @SilentToe Look up THE B53 NUCLEAR BOMB.

  • @TheMrblazer76

I checked with wikipedia, and the tsar was more powerfull.

The B53 was the biggest the US built.

In the Video they say that russia tried an even more dangerous one.

  • whats the name of this documentary?

  • youtube is so fuckin slowly -.-

  • me cago en sus pruebas nucleares

  • 57 fucking MEGA tons. that is just crazy

  • I cant remember when I built this fireworks xD

  • that is a good wat to pollute our waters/Fish/Food/Enviorment. bravo?

  • Psssst.... How many do you need.. I know a guy. :P

    (Just Kidding Homeland Security)

  • @ezsparky if you can read this, i think you've been forgiven

  • Reading some of the comments herein, I am almost tempted to agree that mass genocide is the way to go.

  • @olga2415 ROTFL I think we could widen the scope substantially and still come to the same conclusion... :P Just Kidding :D

  • @ezsparky I "get" you. lol I agree. And I'm not kidding.

  • The only way there will ever be peace on earth, is to abolish a standing military organization anywhere on the earth. It is one of the gravest dangers that confronts life on the earth.

  • @olga2415 It is kind of sad that humanity still has yet to collectively learn to resolve conflict between nations via a court system. As long as there are nations that decide not yield to the authority of an international court system set up to settle disputes between nations, there will be a need for nations to keep a standing military. If the world would be willing to take out all the two bit thugs that call themselves leaders... then it might actually happen....but until then..

  • @ezsparky Yes. Too bad there are so many creatures on the earth that call themselves human beings who have let greed , avarice and envy get the best of them and that the world even needs an international court system to keep order among nations. The larger any governing body gets the more likekly it is to become corrupted. There must be a law of physics in the mix somwhere.

  • @ezsparky Negotiatin, colaberating, and finding solutions is so time consuming.. We can just push a few buttons and kill a few million it's just faster. Saves so much time for things like Michelle Obama and what she's wearing today and what show she's on and whos elbows she's bumping. You know, the important things.

  • @ezsparky The two bit thugs are the ruling elites and all the standing armies are private and they belong to the elites. They are so wealthy and organized, nothing can stand up to them. They are the ones who start all the skirmishes and wars all over the world. It it those armies I take issue with. There will always be a way for small groups to band together into some sort of militia or army, but they do not nave the destructive power of the ones put together by the ruling elites.

  • @olga2415 Okay, you wished it. My fellow, now it is Anarchy. There are not anymore control, no military. Fortunately, your a in peaceful neighbourhood. But now is the time some people greed for power. They take guns and weapons, and it is soon there is a warlord in the region. Back to dark times.

  • hi how to make nuclear bomb? i wana to learn

  • @AdamRyan2012 uh its illegal

  • @Mikey7889 haha....but learning is not illegal right...making is illgal...hehe

  • Good it's about time since this evil collective social ortook all of my possessions

using the COLOR OF LAW, when a person is forced to lose everything he has worked for over the last 30 years the only thoughs on his mind is death and destruction on the whole world, and believe it or not, revenge is a natural behavior pattern, when things like what happened to me happen, and who gives a crap about what you write about on this stupid internet- first your hooked on T.V.

then your drug into it !

  • Bathe in the glow of Atom.(Fallout reference)

  • Who cares if the Russians made the biggest bomb they shoot there's at USA then the USA will shoot there's at the Russians either way every1 dies regardless of how many mt it is

  • My farts are more powerful. Just saying

  • well at least we have it...lol..worst invention ever right there...

  • dont fuck with america bitches!!

  • @flip980 It's a Russian Bomb. When will they teach you Americans that Kruschev isn't just a good name for a wrestler?

  • @flip980 hahah typical stupid American america nyl did a 15 MT bomb and the russians which have fucked you in the ass did 57 MT

so dont fuck with the russians

  • @flip980 Soviet bomb, but if you ask me, both sides have (had) bombs with a higher degree of explosiveness.

  • This is the Tsar Bomba u retard -.-

  • @Js0NiCe333 and? that exactly what it is, the tsar bomba is the largest man made explosion ever.

  • mommy i want one!

  • Einstein exclaimed when she saw the Little Boy explosion in Hiroshima: "For all that is sacred in this world, what have I done ?!?!?!"

And by the way, he was more than cedrto to worry!

  • Why not bomb it at Justin Beveers house?

  • I think they got some mis-information put in the video. The fireball should be 6 miles in diameter, not a 30 mile radius. I believe they meant it's main killing radius is 30 miles outward of ground zero.

  • This shit need be droped on those dot head bastards

  • big

  • Please recommend me a safety dress that keeps me protected of such nuclear attacks in real atomic battle!

  • wait how do u spell cruzchef?

  • @saberallen5 kruschev

  • @saberallen5 "Khruschov" (Хрущев).

He was obsessed with two things: growing corn and rockets. He didn't know much about it, yet he was a very confident man.

An example to illustrate it: soviet designers were given a task to design new money for USSR. When they showed their first prototypes to Khruschov, he took his wallet, and compared wallet size to those bank notes size. Then he drew a line with his fingernail on a bill and said: "make them this size".

  • Jesus. Why?

  • hyrogen bomb i fucking crazy

  • they said "Biggest explosion in history." WRONG! Biggest explosion in history taht was man-made. Actually certain explosions in space are many millions of times bigger than this particular bomb. But it is a cool bomb!

  • @Ashten2008

lol Well Dah! Being that it is stated within the context of the video (in the context of the whole show... not just this short video clip that is), I think that they correctly assume that we should understand that they are talking about man made explosions... That is just simple common sense. I can see you point though being this is just a small part of the whole show. That was too funny.... lol

  • @Ashten2008 wELL WE DON'T LIVE IN SPACE WE LIVE ON EARTH.

  • @raredunks Well that is kind of true. But not all the way. We live on Earth which is in space. Space is never-ending, and holds everything in the universe. Therefore everything on Earth, or any other planet near or far, is actually in space. Reply to that.

  • @Ashten2008 Well until you start living in space your point would be valid. As for now it's void.

  • @raredunks As i said in my last comment, we do live in space. Think of space as a country and earth as a state. The state is in the country, as is earth in space. So as i stated before, we do actually live in space. And Until I start living in space my point would be valid? Nice grammar......

  • @Ashten2008 well if you live in space record a video of your house and how you live up there. Its like saying I live in russia and when I don't. Astronaut are the ones that can say anything. On top of that he stated the biggest "H-BOMB!!!!!!" don't know what type of explosion you are talking about in space. I don't think there talking about meteors. Go fuck yourself and play MW2.

  • @raredunks well i think, if you were any smarter than your whore mother, that you would realize what im saying. And the title say Biggest H-Bomb, the video says biggest explosion in history. So why dont you go fuck yourself and play Halo 3.

  • @Ashten2008 WOW!!! are you a professor? cause that was some really well educated information!!!!!

  • @bassbaboonmitch being sarcastic? and if not, no i am not a professor.

  • @Ashten2008 Obviously I was being fucking sarcastic...you dont need to be a university professor on youtube

  • @Ashten2008 Yeah you know, because that Big Bang theory is just small potatoes. Actually, in Soviet Russia the Czar Bomba detonates YOU (for thermonuclear effects)!

  • @megadeathx What the hell are you talking about? I sated nothing about a "Big Bang Theory". That is the dumbest theory of the creation of the universe as any other one i have ever heard. Now im done with this argument, as my point should have been made by now. And if you dont understand it, your either really stupid or really stuborn.

  • @Ashten2008 OMG guy, did you know that the Big Bang was the biggest explosion in history? It literally was so large, that it created the universe. I replied to your previous comment above mine, not the one immediately above mine. Not to mention every super nova since then...

Also, the Flying Spagghetti Monster does not count as a dumb theory. I don't know what others you've heard that you thought we dumb, but that one was a joke so it gets a pass.

  • @Ashten2008

    Hi Mr. FAIL

  • rediculas

  • I like the MIRVs better. Less yield, sure, but multiple targets. I big bang isn't effective, you need many

  • You gotta catch all those fucking idiot people who makes nuclear bombs and burn them alive.

  • How nice of them to irradiate the planet for generations to come.

  • OOOH!

  • *michael bay gets inspired

  • for war !

  • why do we need bombs like those... answer that!!!

  • Comment removed

  • the "salted" bomb. or cobalt bomb will fuck us all over.. it is ever built. and used.

  • so what's theat even more dangeraus bomb?

  • @erfho8y it's the tsar bomb

  • I thought that H-bombs more powerful are than TNT?

    btw

the most dangeraus bomb would be the anti-matter bomb. but we have only got a little bit of it but is would be able to desolve earth for the universe. XD

  • you ignorant little turd, you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, nor do you have any realtive comprehension of the true horror of this bomb

  • wtf are you talking about, I know the damage of the tsar bomb and the H bomb and the atom bomb, but your not gonna tell me that TNT is more powerful than a anti-matter bomb where from just a few nano grams equals the same power of 3 TNT sticks!

  • yes true, i have to give you credit about that being true. The thing is that amount of total anti-matter has come to no were near that amount at one point in time

  • @coolfool182

yeah, and I also think that by the time that we're able to have that amount of anti-matter we discovered somthing even more powerful and easier to collect explosive kinda thing. ;-p

  • yeah, i understand how things like this are interesting in terms of education and a source of energy...but i just do not see the point in making things like this because it will eventually just be used to kill fellow humans

  • oh yeah by the way TNT has nothing to do with this, as far as a weapon of mass destruction TNT is way out of the question. the little boy atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima was equall to 20,000 tons of TNT

  • Comment removed

  • Do you know that you would absolutely turn into a little turd in the face of true horror as you comprehend this bomb relative to your position

  • what are you talking about

  • I'm talking about you my turd

  • Phalic Idiots

  • Hey where can I get one of these?

  • go to any eastern Europe country and you can have one with the price of a bmw car

  • Aww. I don't wanna go to Europe...

  • No you can't a ThermoNuclear weapon anywhere near a megaton in power costs $Millions to make, they aren't gonna sell them at all, let alone for the price of a BMW

  • seriously? what are they thinking?

  • Comment removed

  • Constructing nuclear weapons is pretty much impossible for individuals. Even *if* you can get your hands on U-235 it's still pretty much impossible to construct an A-bomb. Years of research, trial, error & development are needed - with a whole team that is.

Constructing H-bombs is utterly impossible. Not only is the Teller-Ulam design *highly* classified, it is extremely complicated to build.

  • @siberianhuskies1994 ebay i guess??

  • @siberianhuskies1994 a guy in a flea-market in Torino,Italy, told me if I would buy one, long ago, hehe :P

  • Hybrid bombs?!? What?!? From what I understand.....

The only way to get enough pressure and heat required for the fusion of a hydrogen isotope is by a fisson bomb. Meaning, fusion bombs always have required a fisson bomb to work.

    Hybrids?!? WTF?!

  • HYDROGENS BOMBS

  • Outstanding Post

  • Sorry, I do not remember the name.

I recorded off one of the Military Channel's shows. Maybe "Firepower" but I am not sure.

  • I'm confused. Isnt an H bomb a "hydrogen" bomb. But the "Tsar Bomba" wasn't....... At least I don't think it was

  • Yes, an "H Bomb" is a "hydrogen bomb". It is also called a "thermonuclear bomb". All 3 names name the same type of bomb.

This bomb in the video, the Tsar Bomba, was indeed a H Bomb, a hydrogen bomb. The largest ever built and set off.

  • So is a "hydrogen bomb" more powerful than an atomic bomb. And is an atomic bomb a "nuclear bomb" or are they both............. Sorry for all of the questions. I just find it quite fascinating :)

  • Yes, the H Bomb is more powerful that an Atomic Bomb.

Yes, an Atomic Bomb is a nuclear bomb. The Atomic Bomb works by splitting atoms apart.

Yes an H Bomb is also a nuclear bomb. It works by fussing together atoms, the opposite of the atomic bomb.

Nuclear is a generic term used to describe the type or class of bomb that both of these are. They are both nuclear bombs just 2 different kinds of nuclear bombs.

Sometimes people us the term Atomic Bomb generically as well..

  • Though people do this, it probably is not technically correct. I often do this without thinking.

It gets worse because in every H Bomb there is also an Atomic Bomb. In order to get an H bomb to explode, it takes setting off of an Atomic bomb inside the H-bomb.

  • Even more confusing, there are hybrid bombs where they get both fusion and fission reactions mixed or seeded together by mixing the different nuclear material, fusion and fission material. By mixing the different material together, they can get bigger explosions in smaller packages. It also gives the great control on the strength of the explosion. It also give them control over the nature of the explosion.

  • These hybrid bomb are really atomic bombs that are super charged by the seeding of the fusion material.

  • The thermonuclear weapon requires a higher energy to start the fusion of the hydrogen isotopes. ALL, no exceptions, military fusion bombs (Hydrogen bomb, Thermonuclear warheads, etc.) use a Fission "trigger" to start the process of fusion. Likewise, ALL Fission military grade bombs use a high explosive as a trigger in order to achieve a critical mass density that causes the chain reaction of fission.

  • Thanks mate. Ive always assumed that an atomic bomb was more powerful. I guess it was just because it's more commonly talked about. Plus the fact that I thought that "nuclear bombs" were just atomic and did not include "hydrgen bombs"...... I guess you learn something new everyday

  • they are both nuclear............it depends on its design it can be nuclear fission reaction (an A bomb for example) or nuclear fusion which uses light elements like hydrogen to create a highly energetic reaction.................. a h bomb is more powerfull as it creates more energy in the fusion.................. because in fission it is the spliting of unstable elements like uranium which are also very heavy....... fusion is more efficient and produces less fallout

  • A hydrogen bomb is far more powerful than a atomic bomb because a hydrogen bomb is when smaller molecules are fussed together to make a bigger molecule, where as in an atomic bomb fission is the main cause that causes bigger molecules to break down into smaller ones. In order to fuse the hydrogen atoms together to set off that kind of bomb it has to reach a temperture of 100 million kelvin, therfore an atomick bomb is set off first in order to get tehy hydrogen bomb to exploed.

  • Sort of. Atom bombs have a limited size due to critical mass of the fissile elements, thus limiting the size of the explosion, whereas an H-bomb doesn't have radioactive explosive elements that can go critical. You can put deuterium in a volume the size of a large planet without going critical. Uranium is critical at softball sized pieces. The A-bomb in an H-bomb as a detonator can be rather small compared to the H-bomb blast itself.

  • MOAB?

  • No, this is not a MOAB.

A MOAB is a conventenal bomb using only high explosive.

A MOAB is NOT a Nuclear Bomb of any type.

  • Holy Shit !

    thats all i can say

  • And I would say that is an understatement. LOL

  • Is this still the biggest bomb ever set off?

  • Yes and it was a watered down version. The bomb was designed to produce a 100 mega ton explosion. That is 100 million tons of TNT. This test was a 1/2 power test. It ended up being a 57 mega ton.

  • Most US nukes are much smaller... mostly because our ICBMs have always been much more accurate making them more effective, efficient. This also allowed us to use the MRV approach. I'm not sure if I have the acronym right. Multiple Reentry Vehicles (MRV) are warheads that sit on top of one ICBM. Russia's ICBMs were never very accurate so they had to put bigger warheads on them to insure that they would take out the intended target which kind of sucked for us. lol

  • Tsar Bomba...lol

  • yes, I've heard that they were afraid not to rupture the techtonic plates and produce a catastrophic disaster and destroy the balance of the nature.

  • where do they even do

    this?

  • In the back country of the USSR. If you listen close to the audio, they may tell where exactly it was set off.

  • ya its "i dont no what weapons ww3 will be fought with, but ww4 will be fought with sticks"

  • Didnt those pilots die cause of the radiation?

  • Right, so to scare people, we have to blow up the planet inorder to stop us blowing up the planet.

  • What's the point?

  • it's a threat. If you have a big bomb then there going to think twice about attacking you. Same principal as having a bigger stick than the other guy,

  • I understood that much ;) But there's no poin. its a endless sircle. If one of those gets fired the retaliations will cost more lives than the last centuries natural catastrophies combined... and just having one of those stored within USA is a threat to the nation in itself. The stick comment was a good metaphore by the way :) Einstein said that "I don't know what WW3 is going to be like, but I know that WW4 will be fought with wooden clubbs" ...or at least it was something like that ;)

  • oooohh einstein says that when ya die in cod4 (random comment)

  • II picked it up from my history book way back, it's one of those sayings that just stick.. :) If they used it in COD4, wouldn't it give the player a guilty conchense ;) It's actually a pretty good quote.. and probably true... scary enough.

  • agree

  • I believe it was Einstein that first said it but I am not 100% sure.

  • I know he did, I just dont remember if I mentioned who said it. He said many of these sort of things... to bad I got the mind of a goldfish.

  • He was no saint in any way though, neglecting his family, and taking the full credit for the relativity theory, when his wife co-wrote it. But he said some pretty wise things, knowing people would use the fresh knowlege to find more inventive ways to kill each other, as usual.

I must admit though that I first watched this video to see a gigantic explotion ;) So I'm one hypocritical bastard.

  • @Wowbagger86 If one gets fired, it's the end of the world. As simple as that.

  • Then, the big question is, if we look at it strategically from the gouvernment perspctive.. would that mean that "everybody wins" sinse all enemies are destroyed, or should we call it a "draw" ;) Nuclear weapons is one of the most dangerous exaples of stupidity there is. Us sane people would realize that there would be no winners.

  • @Wowbagger86 if I was in charge, all the nukes would be in control fo the United Nations and only used by Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck to save us from big rocks in space

  • lol, I would vote for you as world president ;)

  • why thank you :)

  • @Wowbagger86

first, learn to; read, write, spell and count.

then your pointless comment, might have some-what meaning to everyone

  • Comment removed

  • well said just well said

  • @Wowbagger86

    oh and btw

    " exaples of stupidity... " you really are, thank you for showing(;

  • Comment removed

  • they fire them all the time, didint you see the footage? thats it being fired noob, they do tests all the time, they fire them as citys rarely, im pretty sure only once, it looks big but from space it honestly isnt THAT big, theyd have to fire thousands to end the world

  • @Bladenavor you're incredibly stupid. Wowbagger86 was speculating about what would happen if a country attacked another that has nukes with nukes, and I responded that it would be the end of the world. Wh? We all learned this in 5th grade... Fire a nuke at a country that has nukes, it will shoot back..These countries are allied to other countries that have nukes, and then it will be international nuclear war, which will kill the entire planet

  • actually i thought you meant as in if you fire 1 nuke the world would end so actually i thought that you where the dumb one

  • @Bladenavor my advice: read the comments and think about them before replying

  • There is no point with nuclear/hydrogen weapons ...war used to be over land and resourses, this will pretty much ruin everything in it's way. It's just for spreading terror... We can destroy the planet within minutes if we fired all the worlds nuclear weapons off at the same time (actual fact.) What the hell would be the point of that???

  • OK, I see this was a Soviet weapon... But no nations should store such veapons.

  • and that gonna be the cause of the broken of the ozono atmosferical
