Maybe they were just in the womb when they heard the 60' s or 70's music and when they hear it as adults they are comforted with a subconscious memory of the being in their mothers womb. I like to hear these guys talk when they get high and over complicate things.

that music does not resonate with me at all. I think it sounds TERRIBLE. I tried to like it, but I guess im just on a different frequency. I also like to make my own music too. The strat is my fave guitar, oddly hendrix guitar is my fave lol.

Blacks got the right to vote in 1870, not 1964. The Civil Rights act was about segregation and discrimination.

@Fredonia2k Correct, but due to the Jim Crow Laws, some the Southern states created certain barriers in preventing the majority of the Black population in voting. I believe he's trying to say those barriers were abolished in the year 1964.

(They included IQ Tests, whether you owned land/property etc)
