There are at least 10 Toyota Sienna for every Honda Odyssey on the road. What does this tell you? It tells me Toyota is a better choice. I own a 2011 Toyota Sienna and love it. My cousin had a 2011 Honda Odyssey for only three months and after he drove my and fell in love with the Toyota Sienna, he then trade in his Honda for a 2011 Toyota Sienna. I told him "You have made a wise choice for choosing TOYOTA".

Honda is a way better car company than Toyota. Toyota PAID OFF PEOPLE TO KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT ABOUT DEFECTS INSTEAD OF FIXING THE RECALL RIGHT AWAY! Honda had a recall about 7 months ago, and guess what, THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. Lesson here: People who drive Honda cars, have done their research and realize the company and the car itself are better.

I just test drove both the new 2011 Sienna and 2011 Odyssey, I really thought I would like the Sienna better, and I think it looks better. But the Odyssey EXL is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven! I could not find a comfortable driving position in the Sienna, but the Odyssey was better than my Dad's 2010 ML series Mercedes(which feels GREAT!). Honda wins, don't respond I don't care what you say, I already know for myself!

Yes it is a little more expensive but trust me it drives better, have more space inside, feels more confortable and luxurious inside and to me i love the new modern look.....oh yeah and the MPG is awesome, we drove from san diego to yuma az and seriosly it saved a lot of gas....the 17/28 P MPG is real

nothing really changed , from the back looks pretty much the same as old version of sienna. No style at all. On this video it looks better because somebody added non stock lights and bumpers. If you look at stock one piece of sh....t. Everything Toyota doing looks about the same as Camry. Even the engines camry shares with scion.

the odyssey far outhandles the sienna,don't talk crap if you haven't road tested them, test drive them and you'll see for yourself, check the option sheet for the sienna, most of it comes standard on the odyssey ex-l

Obviously this video is made by a Sienna-enthusiast. While I admire the new Sienna, I cannot dismiss the new Odyssey as inferior. I fairly considered the 2010 models of these minivans when I was buying a minivan and the Odyssey really was over the Sienna. I love the paint and curves though of the new Sienna. But reviews have it that only the SE model of this minivan can come closer to Odyssey driving.

Go to Car and Driver's website and read the review of the new Odyssey for N. America. It's going to be very close to the Sienna and will likely be better to drive.

This isn't a fair comparo as you are looking at the Odyssey for the Japanese market which will never come to these shores.

I also prefer the Sienna but the 2011 Odyssey for US and Canada has just been officially unveiled now and looks to be very, very good.

The white Odyssey at 0:06 is the US Spec concept and the production model is virtually identical.

Generally speaking, Toyota has been manufacturing vehicles that comparatively have powerful engines, and strong bodies, whereas Honda looks for luxury and confort, however both vehicles shown in this video have their own acceptance in the market. long live Honda & Toyota, and stay in competition of each other. Its better for the economy, for the vehicle purchasers and for Toyota and Honda as well.

I use to drive my dads 04 sienna b4 i got my bmw but one time a came from work and it rained so much and there was water all the way to the mirrors in the street and a ford windstar couldn't even go throw and the sienna past right threw it with no probs plus we got it in o3 brand new buts its o4 model and we still have it it has like 170000 miles and it is so quit and all the options work perfect even water got in the van

Look, the Honda Odyssey is not as stabalized than the Sienna. The sienna has a lot more safety features than the odyssey. Even the features of the sienna is more than the odyssey. You get stability control on the sienna, but look at the odssey... it is like a flying boat! Keeps bumping around and gets a car sick easily.

My family owns a Sienna SE and it is a fantastic van! The Odessy is just a bunch of bits off all the honda line up. Frankly I think Honda have made a bit of a hash of the styling but based off of the old Odyssey it will probably have a very exellent interior with nicly finished knobs and dials and a DVD player.

The Odyssey has been #1 since inception, Honda is much better quality and safer vehicle than Toyota, which explain the difference in the type of customers who purchase them; most Honda buyers are better educated customers who did their home work and research the vehicle.
