The Decayed Orr Emblems are important because during every festival so far, you're able to trade them in for festival items (the most profitable usually being candy canes, or alcohol). This farm is really for that, to stock up on Decayed Orr Emblems for festivals.
Behind Oink's house. Once you enter the mission, go along the path, and it's to the left. You can see Oink standing near it.
Also, you should kill the first two patrols at the beginning of the mission if you want to trigger the big spawn of undead. If you skip them, the amount of undead that you get at the location in the videa is far lower.
