Firemen could have troubles with the pump. Granted, with better training, eq maintainence and an officer on scene. Call would have gone smoother.
The first fireman, needed to walk the preconnect hoses vs. dropping in a pile. Now the pump op can't flow water until the line is stretched. Listen closely, it appears the inexperianced pump op tried to get pump in gear & gave up. The inexperianced FF who droped the line, then goes to pump. Bad Call !! Very lucky it was just a van!
Wow, I agree with you guys! This unit looks completely disorganized! What if there would have been someone in that van, they probably would have died! Glad I don't live in that area where I would have to depend on them!
This is so bad,, that I couldn't help but laugh and realized, it's not funny at all.
the first fire guy gets the hose and drops it on the ground in a pile. WTF!!.. the second fire guy walk to the van and just stands there, watching it burn. The 3rd guy can't even get water to the hose.. and there's no officer in charge to make sure these screw ups don't happen... I hope they got fired...
what kind of camera did you film this fire with?

the owner of the van doesn't seem to care what-so-ever. I would have been so angry.
