She is voiced by Rie Kugimiya. The reason she sounds like a vocaloid is because a person from Nico Nico used her voice 2 sing this song. They gather words and lyrics from other songs she did and arrange them to sound like these lyrics and they arrange the notes to make it sound appropiate.
