  • 2:37??? hehe...

  • The before picture without the scar was pretty good actually

  • @Naturepheonix

    what scar?

  • @photoshopfun I't's around the mouth.

  • lol

when i saw this girl i thought she was cameron form house

  • soo pretty nice job

    i wish i had photoshop

  • at first she was a beautiful girl

  • really 2.36 minutes...its impossible...but it may be 2.36 hours...huh!!!

  • It was sped up...

  • yeah looks good =D

  • Wow...

First off, you do your job well. No doubt about that.

I just wish all women and girls could see stuff like this so they could know how fake our society's image of "acceptable beauty" is.

  • Not very fond of the lips. You could have defined her lips more or chosen a different lip color. Overall, good job. :D

  • good youres actually looks real and believable in the end, gooood job

  • wow totally a big difference....kinda scary when you think about it haha

  • FINALLY, SOMEONE WHO IS DECENT WITH PHOTOSHOP

All those other guys are just HORRIBLE

  • compliments fot the retouch... i love this song...u can say me the title please?

  • a little bit more, by jamie lidell.

  • How do you make her eyes brighter and still make them look realistic? O.o i can only change the color of the eyes, not make them brighter :( tell me please :P

  • there are lots of ways to do it...what editing software are you using?

  • Mostly PS CS3 :P I also use 3D max and realflow, i dont think those would help so much tho for editing a photo ^^;

  • In CS3 my current method (it changes frequently) is to add a blank layer on top of the original photo, set the blending mode to 'overlay', and then use the paintbrush to paint white over top of the iris. Usually I paint it at 100%, then reduce the opacity of the paint layer until it looks right.

  • ah, thank you, will try it out later :P

  • The first pic is not pretty - ut when you edited it it looked amazing! Well done!

  • nice work, the girl had killer face in start :P

  • awesome makeover but very ugly music.

  • i have a question...theres a quick selection tool thats u actually paint the part that u want to select and then u can change the colors...where do i find it?

  • it's called the quick mask, and you find it on the left pallette below the black/white colour selector boxes

  • NIcely Done, i would have taken a bit Reddishness out of her Eyes. Though i'd pitch in my two cents.

Gud Job over all, still has a natural luk, which obviously should be the key.

  • y'know i keep watching n watching but what is that strange red paint brush thingy? i know its making the eyes and lips bigger.. but how do euu do that? O_O

    x

  • under filters you'll find the liquify tool. That's what's used to make her lips fuller and opens her eyes a little. The red brush is called a 'freeze mask'. whatever you paint with red is protected from the other warping tools. In other words it lets me make her lips fuller without distorting the rest of her face.

  • Good!!

    She seems Lucy Lawless!

  • Wait I know this is a stupid question but do you download phtotshop or buy it? And if you download it where and what websites have it in the best version....

  • shows just how weird they really look..thnxs 4 posting, interesting 2 watch =)

  • God forbid we just show her how she really is. No, even models aren't pretty enough for media. Let's further push the unattainable ideal. After all, we can sell more BS that way. -_-

  • oh my lord!

  • pleaz can you say me, how you "clean" hear eyes from black shadow and do them to grace?

  • if you search "Photoshop eyes" on youtube you'll find about 50 videos with different techniques to brighten the eyes.

  • tnx :)

  • thats never ever 2:36.....

  • No wonder our perception of beauty is distorted.

  • the change in the jaw was cool.

  • WHOA

now that was defintely a good jobb

compared to sme other photoshop makeovers done on here

  • omg i love the colors of is eyes

  • That's really well done. I'm glad you didn't re-structure her face or anything like that.. too many people do that nowadays.

  • Good job! The finished article was good.

  • A couple vids i have seen here today about photoshopping women utilize more industrial tools in the program - tools better for webpage designs maybe.

Women are better enhanced with the software using softer techniques... Everything you want to see is there, you should just accentuate what the babe has rather than trying to build something up on her like bigger lips and brighter eyes imo.

  • she was beutiful how she was at first -_-

  • shut up man. what are you, gay?

  • HAHAHHA

    gd 111

  • gay?..... if you dont think she was hot then im sure ur not straight. derk head.

  • dam

  • She looked best near the middle. The gothic makeup you put on her was crap. Good instincts, though, and nice technique with the eyes (although, they were too blue in the end).

  • what gothic make up ?!!!?

  • what gothic make up?

  • i need someone who make something with a picture in photoshop please add me if you have.. 290362016

ich brauch jemanden der mir bei photoshop ein bild verändert addet mich bitte wenn ihrs habt.. 290362016

  • soooo good! please, take a look on my makeover! :D

  • rely sexy whoman after and beore photoshop lol

  • damn your good.

  • that looks soo hard

  • I like her eyes...

  • hey, wasnt this song in a target commercial?

  • Sexy Mama O_O

  • Wow!! cool...

  • i could do that better in jasc paintshop pro with wayyyyyy less effort.

  • feel free to do so and show me the light, master. ,)

  • damn it NICE WORK i'm really shocked O_O

  • Wow o_O You're fast

  • way be :D

  • what is the name of this song?

  • Neat! I love the song. Good thing "a little bit more" didn't turn into a little too much - nice job!

  • looks like linda rosing..

  • these photoshop makeovers make me sad. More people should watch these so that they realise how distorted there perception of beauty is.

  • great job...

  • the person does show a before and after photo

  • The lips look a little bad..................

  • I think the eyes and lips do look very different but the bulk of the face was hardly changed, i think if the same model had a better day her eyes and lips wouldn't have been that sleepy, although i think the eyes colours really made a difference though, thanks for posting :)

  • If you explained a bit of what you did that'd be great

  • The 2.36 is actually more? This one is speeded up

  • Yeah the photo was edited to look worse at the begining, THe app is Photoshop and yes its an amazing program. Well done though, although the alterations dont look "real" they do look mag worthy. Good stuff

  • pictureXbox... he used photoshop.

  • great job i'm ompressed, yeah sure you could do " a little bit more" for the lips^^

    Cheerz

  • amazing very good job

  • "Obviously photo was way better BEFORE editing." don't show your ignorance, jackass. If you DID know how to use Photoshop yourself, you'd never make such an asinine statement. What I saw in is video is not only very standard use of the program, but trying to do a backwards version that looks natural, like you suggest, would actually be harder.

  • hey that was pretty good. did a great job with her face, but i think you could have added some more punch to her lips. nicely done.

  • ooo fck! :O great job :D

  • you can make a screen movie with camtasia studio for example... w w w(dot)camtasia(dot)com

  • What song is that? It's catchy.

  • @ picturexbox:

    Are you retarded?

  • cool how u do that.

  • that´s really good ... i had make my own picture looks like an professional model ! ... but i can´t see how it looks like bevore i have change the picture from my own face ! =( .. but now it looks better ! ;)

  • the song annoys me after a while...

  • Obviously photo was way better BEFORE editing.

  • damn....nice work

  • hay what program do you use?

  • LOL!!! Photoshop IS the program. It's not some generic term for photo editing. There are other programs such as Corel Draw and Paint Shop Pro that are less expensive and worth what you pay for them, but Photoshop happens to be the most versatile and powerful.

  • photoshop it says at the top not sure if its cs3 but i think it is

  • its just a photoshop but that guy keeps the right windows hidden.

  • *ahem*

Did you take the time to sound out the title?

  • Do you read titles?

    THEY USED PHOTOSHOP!

    Just ask what one instead.

  • Judging by the title of the video, i would guess maybe...Photoshop.

  • he uses photoshop retard

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Good Job! lips are a bit off but other than that GOOD JOB:D

  • Cool! ^^

How exactly do you get a 'movie' of your screen? I know how to take a screen shot, but how do you get it? If you would, please message me. Thanks.

    Neat vid.

  • Hypercam. Well, just video capturing software in general. . .

    w w w . hyperionics . c o m

    Have fun. (without the spaces)

  • Fraps. You can set the time that it will take screenshots, so you could set it to take a screen shot every second. Then you just put all the screenshots into Windows Movie Maker.

  • good job. but next time show a before and after shot.

  • they did... right at the end

  • what kind of job is that

  • Working with beautiful ladies lol :P Photographer dude,

  • her lips just lok bad, as though she has 3 gazillion cold sores!! bu the rest turned out pretty gooD!

  • thats awesome

  • You did a great job! Good song choice!

  • wtf? nothing changed xD

  • yeah haha ^^

  • i so want this done:O babyx1x2x3 @hotmail co uk if anyone wants to do it :D:D:D

  • WOW!

  • woww talkabout distorted perception

  • COOL!!

  • o nevermind...finaaly found it in the comments

  • Pretty neato...whats the name of the song in the backround?

  • nice job on this one

  • w w w . c o r e l . c o m

30 day free trial for Photo Shop

  • mmmm...not so much. 30 day trial for paintshop pro maybe. Also a decent program, but it's no Adobe Photoshop.

  • I think you did an amazing job. You got great talents. Keep it up.

  • u overdid it =/

she doesnt look like herself. thats not always good

  • like everyone, you're entitled to your opinion. ;)

  • It's CS2, you use some wierd techniques I've never seen, i just end up using clone and brush tool and layer types...

  • that's one of the things i love about photoshop...many different ways to skin the same cat. :)

  • For everyone who goes crazy about the technique: it's a REAL person your working on! Don't loos sight of that. Please. I understand that you can't tell the editors to shove their money.. but maybe once in a while make a comment to them?

  • The edits were done in Adobe Photoshop CS2, but could easily have been done with any photoshop version as far back as Photoshop 5 or 6. you can buy it just about anywhere software is sold, or from adobe(dot)com.

  • MAY I ASK WHICH PHOTOSHOP ARE U USING?

  • nice.. but you forgot to work her neck...

  • I've been ignoring most of the neck comments, but i'm getting tired of them now. I didn't 'forget' anything. What you guys don't understand is that she's a fitness/figure model, and worked her ass off to develop a strong neck/body. she LIKES it that way, so it would be counterproductive to shrink it. ok? ok. no more neck comments.

  • wher can i get photoshop?

  • cool, gr8 job, could've made the neck thinner though, a bit too thick

  • hahahah

    a messenger conversation!

  • i just learned how to do this and its really fun :D

  • buen trabajo. pero el cuello que tiene parece de un hombre!

  • I love this song good choise of song!! =]

  • hehe very nice :)

  • god she looked sexy afterwards.

  • whats the tool you use to make it look airbrushed

  • A combination of the Clone tool and Neat Image. there's a free demo of neat image available at neatimage(dot)com

    P

  • Wow thats really good. Looks hard. I play around on Photoshop everyday, hopefully I can do what you do! hehe Love the work.

  • i really like your work with this picture. i am currently watching bought videoes with a guy teaching me about Photoshop CS3 - one on one (from lynda[dot]com). Allthough i have watched some of the crazy ass mofo makeovers like the fat girl getting "trimmed", this is still a nice makeover, i think - knowing the difficulty of what you do.

  • your pretty good on photoshop =D.

    Scorpz.

  • What is the red brush tool that was used in this make over?

  • that was a freeze mask in the liquify tool dialogue. Filters-->Liquify to get into the interface, then the freeze mask locks in the pixels you paint over while you manipulate those around it.

  • impressionnant!

  • nice work

  • jde to ;)

  • wow! can you do mine lol XD

  • A little bit more by jamie Lidell

  • whats the song?

  • i love this picture

you ve done a good job

woul you do this with my picture too???

give me you e-mail or icq number

  • hey lovemeemoxx just send me your pics and ill give it a shot

  • ehm, that was.. not good?

  • I... Agree? A lot of work for a questionable result. And why did you keep the blue-ish shadows anyway? They look crazy

  • the blue is from a gel on her left - they're there because I wanted them there. I appreciate that you may not like it, but I do and it's my picture :)

  • im gonna have to say, it is your photo, but that blue on the right hand side looks way out of place...

  • Fair enough - I appreciate the candid feedback either way :)

  • I just re-read my comment and I sounds mean =) Sorry for that, it looks nice and we all have different ways of doing things.

  • Can you do my picture? XD

  • Great job but I didn't like the lips. The original seemed even better than the "after" ones.

Other than that. Good photoshopping. What tool did you use when it began "Processing"

  • the initial tool was the Adobe RAW converter - necessary to convert RAW files into a usable PS format. It gives more latitude than PS, particularly in the exposure and color control. This was actually a one-take re-do of the edit for the purpose of the video. In the real edit I took more time and did a more convincing job of her lips :)

  • mann i wish i cud work as fast as u. photoshop still confuses me...can u gimme sum tips??

  • photoshopmama on youtube has some great tutorials, and the help section within photoshop is actually very good. i'd start from the beginning on the tutorials and work through until the end.

  • thnx ill try that!

  • the lips stil needa a lot of work

  • How do people make the videos like this? Like, the screen?

  • I used a program called easyscreen capture i think. when i get home i'll check and link you to it.

  • does this mean u can make a bigchick look skinny?

  • within reason, yes. that's probably the most common thing i'm asked to do in photoshop.

  • como faz esse efeito de cabelos ao vento?

  • um ventilador muito grande :)

(I used a really big fan to give the wind effect)

  • Good work.. but I'd still done a bit more work - her neck looks a bit too thick, but there's a limit to retouching, hmmm?

  • there's not much limit to what I *can* do, but certainly a limit to how much I feel right about doing :)

  • nice lol!

  • Who is this song by and what's it called

I love it from the target commercial :P

  • A Little Bit MOre by Jamie Lidell.

  • bravo

  • How is it possible that the "Photoshop ONE MINUTE Makeover" runs 2m:36s ?

  • Maybe you're in a different time zone.

  • not to mention the fact thats its sped up :P.

looks cool but, i might start fooling round with a few tuts and see what i can do myself :D. GJ
