As far as carrying guns is concerned, I'm a huge supporter of arming citizens and their rights have firearms, however there are laws that need to be enforced. My favorites are Stand Your Ground and Castle Doctrine. If citizens don't have guns, only criminals will.

As far as carrying guns is concerned, I'm a huge supporter of arming citizens and their rights have firearms, however there are laws that need to be enforced. Bravo to the officer that pulled him off the guy. There is absolutely no reason to beat on a guy who is cuffed. I was an Officer and had MANY resisters. Once they were in cuffs. i was safe from serious bodily injury. I started before the Taser. However, a spitter was guaranteed a face full of pepper spray. A rookie wouldnt intervene against a senior Officer unless it was obvious that the beating was going to cause serious injury.
