  • Good basic video, but see what works for you, yourself. You got to be retarded to not know what he is talking about from your own experience. Except he skips the huge benefits of reverse grip barbel curl. See how your arms respond when you do a 21 (7 reps each of extra wide, shoulder length, and close grip. Without rest between the reps). Then rest and follow with as many reverse grip curls you can. This game is all about what works for you, not what anyone tells you will work for you.

  • @xxXSCARFACEXxxx change up the weight your using and concentrate on using your bicep, and play with the angles you keep your elbows

  • @xxXSCARFACEXxxx you are probly bending your wrist back towards you at the start of your rep. switch to a little lighter weight that you can curl without moving your wrist. also try standing in front of a mirror so you can watch your arms to ensure you are staying straight. alot of the time people use too heavy of a weight thiinking that since they can move it they should use it, but in all honesty you need to start out with a lighter weight like 15-20lbs to train your muscles to move correctly.

  • If you are really trying to work biceps don't use the E-Z bar so much. You can't fully contract your biceps with your palms facing each other. Only when they facing up

  • @colombianguyyo ur right, but the muscle just outside of the elbow joint is what make the peak. How? Why? Well, when u build that part it will push ur biceps out, forming a peak.

  • @zkyggen im asking how many times should i lift for muscle gain. i was lifting it 6 times for 15 amts, but i feel like i grew to accustom to it. should i go for more weight and less reps? i feel like im not working out hard enough and wont gain as much if i do like 3 reps of 10 and thats it..

  • @ThaGiver Lift between 8-12 reps for muscle gain, with 3 sets. But vary it alot, like do 8x4 sometimes or even 6xX with heavier weight.. You need to mix it up so to speak.

  • wow i gotta thank you, i DID NOT know this, and forever I been trying to train the outer portion of my right arm bicep because somehow my left arm's bicep has a bigger peak, and I can SOOOO notice it now, the peak indeed does come from the outer part, oh man however i trained my left's outer part and not my right's ill never know, thank you, now ill get to work on fixing this little problem, thank you
