@jyun742 I often come back to them later. Some of the boxes will give you better items if you are low on health or ammo (it's the same in parts of HL2) so you're better off opening them when you really need them.

This is better then the majority off maps, you actually know how to texture etc.. I think maybe just cut down on a couple of the flares.. the reason being is that they'd be fun to set the enemys on fire with but if there is too much of this one fun aspect it will loose its appeal but if you spread them out to be only occasional then you get to keep one fun aspect throughout the whole game.. just my opinion but otherwise this is a great map and looks extremely fun to play :D

may sound stupid but what exactly is union and is also available for hl2 and episode 1?

it's a single-player map (or 2) that I made using Hammer level editor. it is only supported with Episode 2 as it contains some of the new content exclusive to that game like enemies and textures.

Have been playing a fair bit of Synergy co op recently; and this by far is the best usermade map I have come across :)
