This flag come from Quebec. Indeed, It wasn't at any time a French flag. The name of this flag is Carillon-Sacré-Cœur. It was the official flag of Quebec.

In the center is what we call "Sacré Coeur" ( Sacred Heart), symbol of catholicism.

Hello. I live in Québec and this was never the official flag, but it inspired the "fleurdelysé" that we have today. This flag, the Carillon Sacré-Coeur, was made in the 1920's by a group of French Canadians priests.Nevertheless, I would love to have this flag as the official flag of my province.
