i may not mod but i found my own trick of changing mags without having em in your bandoleer or pulling em out of your pocket i put the 2 18 mags in-between the built in scope and there are 2 spots were you can put em there is a bump in the middle of the built in scope one little spot infront of the scope and one onto of the jammer and there you go 2 mags that are held that you can pull em out and load for the next mag

i load my guns without cocking them while thier stored

when the cocking mechanism is forward the 18drum mag holds 19 comfortably but i personally wont put 20 in while its not cocked it would squish the darts but im happy im gettin a stampede in 3 days along with a recon imma mod

1st off, if you 'kept it simple', and there was basically no sign of voltage increase/change, why didn't you just keep the 6 D batteries or better yet add double A's? I'm guessing you thought of that. I also think that a shortened version of the stampede is easier to move around with, but to be frank, it looks a lot crappier. I think the tactical rail on top gives is a unique look. After modding it, you should take off all of front, and add a barrel (if you're going for looks). Nice paint job.
