This video documentary should be standard viewing for all secondary students in Taiwan, as many of them are very unclear of what happened during those early years of KMT rule in my opinion.

The truth is that the KMT Party has never repaid 228 victims and their families with its ill-gotten assets! The money the exiled ROC regime repaid to 228 victims and their families was actually derived from the tax money collected from Taiwan people (including 228 victims and their families). The verbal appologies offered by the formal KMT chairman Lee DH and the present KMT chairman Ma Ying-jeou means nothing! That party continues suppressing people with its ill-got assets looted from Taiwan.
