Out of the Desperados Trilogy, the first one was the best. The "3D" feature on the second and third are just stupid. The isometric view is how it should be played; the classic version.

@TheLanV Doc doesn't die. Basically, the villain from Cooper's Revenge comes back and poisons Doc, and Cooper and his gang have to do some tasks for the villain that brand them as criminals, or the villain leaves Doc to die.

@SwordGames both ! you gotta plan what you do and kinda how you sneak. the third person is used about 30%. you use it for shooting and maybe a littlebit stabbing. but its also great for sneaking

Desperados 1 was way better. All this 3D bs made it pretty bad... I mean, it was much simpler and elegant back when you could only click on the map and move about. Now you can switch down to a 3D perspective and can shoot everyone up because you have tons of ammo. In the first one you had to be cunning to be able to do anything ,now it's all bloodlust.

I finished them all and from my point of view, 1 is the best. The rest are sad.

At the 1st one you had to think what you do with every single item and where you have to throw you taunting bottles etc. But now there isn't anything like that. Just lucky shooting and running. well that depends whether you are talking about desperados 2 or helldorado, kuz desperados 2 is Just lucky shooting and running except for mission 4 :P but helldorado pushes the difficulty level from desperados 2 to desperados 1, every mission in helldorado requires you not to kill but to sneak your way past the guards which makes things harder and similar to the first game.
