POVERTY = DRUGS. I've lived between the border of poverty and middle class when i was living in the philippines. I managed to take a little marijuana when i was there but not shabu. My cousin was an addict but he never infulenced me to do it. It really all depends on the enviroment, it is really hard to avoid these things when everyone is taking it in your area.
