Katraterra on Marimba

I don't suppose you guys have a video of you playing the whole show at a competition or anything do you? This marimba part sounds pretty good. My high school has played a couple of ensembles by Casella.

Yea thats why he ended up deciding to switch to the softer chord mallets... It was much more delicate and yes, hes a pretty good mallet player :)

They are hard mallets, he actually ended up playing the part with medium chord mallets.

oh ok that makes sense. the actual playing is excellent, but the hardness of the mallets is just too harsh for my personal taste
