  • This mansion is the subject of a new book by Ann Alexander Legett & Jordan Alexander Legitt, The haunted History of Denver's Croke-Patterson Mansion. They did extensive research into the history & ghost stories surrounding this place.

  • Gorgeous building...wouldn't live there if you paid me though. Before I even knew of the ghostly legends of the house whenever I would just drive by I would find myself overwhelmed with fear and actually physically ill. And I don't even really believe in things like that.
