@PHiLmcPHiP97 its a pentel aquash waterbrush, lots of companies make them, but pentel is most common. theres just water in the back of it, and he uses it to smear the sketch n wash pencil, which is water soluble.

Hey Evan, I know what Fred is using except for his paper. I have 80lb paper and I was wondering if it can handle water pencils, I'd like to know what pound of paper he works with.
