@whereverthere EXACTLY!!!!!! i know LOTS of cellists (being one, you tend to know many). so what is so difficult about finding just one? i mean, we musicians don't ask for much and we're decent actors (we pretend to like music that we hate). i just don't get it. every single movie that features and instrument has people "playing" them who can't actually play...or even fake it, for that matter. UGH.

why is it that they can't find a cellist who's an actor also, instead of an actor who is clearly NOT a cellist faking it very badly and ruining this beautiful piece of Albinoni's? Same with the Bond film, damn pet peeves need training...
