hi Ryan, what speed setting did your use on the casio for that video? 120 or 240frames

@ryancrysler looks good i'll experiment with the frame rate on our FH100 when i get back to my indoor studio base in dubai in about a month, a friend of CH3 and JP, Currently in Egypt at a new academy set-up great weather and location.
