i think the loreal mousse barely changed it, but i liked it better than ur beginning color. it somehow warmed up ur face...or was it the lighting chnaged? i have no clue. i have virgin asian black hair and am nervous about dying. i also have somwhat coarse curly hair.so i'm scared it's gonna make it drier.....
one problem with this video.. you didnt follow the instructions you keep it in its foam state.. you are supposed to keep lathering your hair to make it foamy thats how it surrounds the hair shaft with the color
Tell me one thing does it stain your bath tub...coz I used a colour once and it stained my bathtub black.....pls pls tell me....I would like to use htis product coz its easy....

for dark hair you have to use lighter colors, i have asian hair myself and dyed it with brown at first and nothing came out. What my asian friends do is dye their hair with blonde in order to get a brown.

I've never colored my hair before alone so when i saw the commercial for this "Mousse" i decided it was easy enough for me to give it a try but i haven't seen any video that speaks well of this product. So sorry :(:( It means i'll have to visit a hearstyler again, i hate hairstylers!

I'm sure you already know its out there but theres that garnier ultra color collection that'll lift your naturally dark hair into the shades they provide. I think itd be worth a try and a review maybe?:)
This was so much more useful than the slick L'Oreal professional video where the woman just keeps smiling like an automaton through the whole thing. Though I have to say I did not see much difference in that before and after either! If they say leave it in for 30 minutes, don't leave it in for 45! That may account for some of the dryness you are experiencing. Thanks for doing this! And I think your hair looks beautiful the way it is-- but then, my daughter's Chinese, I love her hair too!

Hi many of us are having allergic reactions to actual hair dye would you or do you recommend this color hair mousse does it have peroxide and ppt or ppd in this mousse?. I really would like to know. Im too young to have grey hair but will go grey naturally if I must and under protest I must add be nice if someone out there can help me.
I used this as well. I was very disappointed with it because A- the color should say black not medium brown (which is why it didn't change your hair color much). B- I agree it totally dried out my hair, feels like it is breaking too. Horrible stuff.

@missgossippxd My hair still feels pretty dry even after lots of deep conditioner. I dont think there has been much breakage but I probably won't be dying my hair for a while.
@Dayumitstifanie I use Clairol Perfect 10 in Light or Medium Golden Brown and keep it in my hair for 45 minutes to an hour. When I want a reddish tint I use Feria by L'Oreal in Midnight Ruby. I only use one box. If I've used it all and still need to cover more hair I will put a little water in the hair dye bottle and shake it and use it to cover the rest of my hair. It's always worked for me!

this kind of hair color only deposits color into the hair i believe so it wouldnt lighten becdause it doess not have "lifting" properties in it. =)
