i need help..

how you put the cd or dvd? i cannot put the cd in the place..

the cd not enter..

if you mean to put CD/DVD to main unit I just low down the screen (like on the movie) and than press eject button.

To put CD to CD charger first you have press load, than select Cd slot and after that put the CD.

If you have some problems, perhaps there's a CD/DVD inside? if not, maybe theres something wrong with the mecanism.
