@LuigiAlbertoRusso66 The guy on snipers right is a spotter and rangefinder, and NOT a sniper with a tiny gun! It's his job to inform sniper distance of target and how many clicks to adjust to. He has a spotting scope thats marked for range, windage and elevation etc. Should the sniper fire a round and miss, then the spotter has marked where the round went, and can advise the sniper/marksman to re-adjust for the next shot.
