i think that when ichigo wins the fight they r going to that thing that urahara created(I dont remember) and Inoue, thinking that she will undo its existence will bring it back to the unprisoned form. only thought so far =)
anyway, what do you think will happen to ichigo when he kills GJ? Do you think Aizen will give orders to the other espada to back off? Now that inoue is in ichigos hands, you think he will gather up the others and retreat?
