stupid idea, you got these teenagers that go to driving school, do well so they can pass, and once they're on their own they throw all they learned out the window. That is not the instructor's fault. Make the penalties harsher for disobeying the rules of the road...and then your complaint is solved.

the thing is no matter how cautious you are, you'll likely always give licenses to bad drivers. some drivers act responsibly while getting the test but when it comes to real driving, they have their schedules and don't care anymore, and some drivers get so confident they don't realise they are driving like morons. trucks are the worst ones because most trucks will literally throw you off the road if they suddenly decide to pull into your lane.

It all has to do with money. As long as someone can afford a car, they will drive. Even if the DMV guy fails people on driving tests, you really think people wont do it illegally? I say people need driver education during preteens. Cuz i dont get it: Were required to take so many English courses throughout school because well be using it a lot in life, but driving (a necessary skill for most people) is some quick 15 min test. Thats so stupid.

ITS NOT THE DRIVER'S PERSON FAULT THAT THEY ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A 8:2 PASS FAIL RATIO OR ELSE THEY GET FIRED. 80% OF THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEIR ROAD TEST MUST PASS.
