We have done this and won all the counter complaints under DMCA and Youtube still suspended our orginal account by coming back after the complaint was settled and flag the same video on the same complaint. Their sytem wrongfully flagged stuff we were authorized to post.

There whole system is illegal under DMCA because under the law the copyright holder must physicall file a written take down notice. People should ban together to sue their butt for violiating our rights under the law

doesnt always work sometimes they review the dispute and say no, sometimes they dont see the dispute and then find your video 1 day and close ur account because u have it, it happened to me

This dispute is dumb. By usign their music in the videos we are technicaly preadign it and makign other people want to buy it. That combined with the fact that most peopel do this non profit makes it so that the copyright dispute makes no sense. Most peopel are essentialy actualy helpign out the company. That along with the fact the people get enjoyment out of it should be fine with any music company.
